Investment Readiness

Gateway helps companies understand what investors and joint venture partners look for in prospective firms and works closely with clients to prepare for attracting cross-border investment. Gateway’s investment readiness program involves:

Working with the client to develop a corporate growth / investment strategy to ensure they are positioned for success in attracting investment.

Deal Development

Gateway has developed a sound reputation in the Middle East, particularly in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The Higher Colleges of Technology’s Dubai Men’s College (DMC) has partnered with Gateway, opening a network of experts and potential investors to Gateway clients that would otherwise be unavailable.

Gateway will work with each client to match them with prospective investors and business partners and will provide ongoing support throughout the deal development process.

Clients will benefit from working closely with Gateway and DMC to develop business proposals that are relevant and attractive to investors and business partners in that region. With face-to-face meetings in the UAE, clients can further refine their presentation and gain insight and guidance from senior advisors who have industry-specific expertise. The advisors provide strategic market knowledge and introduce clients to investor and business partners.
