satisfaction. This seminar will introduce frameworks for analyzing
existing processes and implementing new ones. You will learn a business
process lifecycle model that covers all activities from process
discovery, through process design, implementation, roll-out, evaluation,
to process improvement. This seminar will provide you with experience
with modern process design tools and languages, workflow management
systems, and process mining software.

business processes in small groups and will develop process models using
standard design languages.
